I'm not sure why, but this thought came to me as I woke up from my Sunday nap, but I think it's a cumulation of thoughts I've been having for a while.
Here it is.
There is this person I want to be.
she is
cultured, a traveler
fluent in several languages
good at skating(!)
comfortable
oozing confidence
free spirited
graceful
graceful in heels
wise
strong and happy
well-read
shares knowledge only when asked
not obnoxious!
whew. that list may grow, or shrink.
As I continue to live (always a good thing) some aspects of this person come closer to or within my reach, while others retreat into the depths of want only.
But I keep trying, and I won't give up.
